The clips are made from spring steel by the forging process. Electric rail clips are consumable items because the clips are loose and come out of their jaw due to vibration.

We are well equipped with design facilities and are capable of supplying elastic clips as per the rail section and toe load requirements of the customers. All the arrangements for the testing of ERC rail clips are available at our workshop, which is performed as per IS -3195 specification.
